The Middletown Swim Club is the perfect place to host a birthday party or a get together. Our pavilion is available for rentals.

Pavilion Rental Information
The rental fee is for a two hour rental, each additional hour is $25 per hour regardless of membership.
Initial rates are different based on memberships and are:
Social Member Rate: $100
Stock Member Rate: $75
Upon confirmation of date and time from the Swim Club Manager, initial deposit (membership rate above) is due in full, this will confirm your party reservation.
All parties must start before 5:30 p.m. and cleaned up a half hour before closing time.
Final count is due 3 days prior to event. Please email the club at, middletownpaswimclub@gmail.com with final count and provide final payment upon check-out the day of your party.

Fee Includes
Reservation of pavilion
Admittance of 20 non-members
Each additional non-member is $5 (this includes non-swimming guests)
Use of grill, propane or charcoal (not provided), Please remember to clean the grill once done.
