Summer Employment Opportunities
Lifeguards: The primary responsibility of a lifeguard is to
insure the safety of pool patrons. This includes accident prevent in the water
and on the surrounding pool deck and the rescue and care of accident victims.
Minimum
Qualifications:
1.
1. Must
be 15 years of age or older.
2.
2. Thorough
knowledge of lifeguard skills and techniques.
3.
3. Current
Lifeguard and First Aid Training as required by the American Red Cross.
4.
4. Current
CPR Certification- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider or Red Cross CPR of the Professional Rescuer.
5.
5. Ability
to demonstrate physical fitness to include lifting objects 50 lbs. waist high,
swimming, standing and walking for long periods of time, reaching, bending,
pushing and pulling.
Concession Stand: The primary responsibility of the concession stand staff is to
provide patrons with great quality food that it is safely prepared.
Minimum
